This retreat offers a perfect escape from the stress of daily life, allowing you to focus on personal growth and reconnect with the peace and tranquility of nature.

Program Specifics:

  • Arrival Day: Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a yoga class and/or a welcome dinner (except Sundays) to meet the yoga instructors and the supportive team.
  • Morning Routine: Start your day at 08:00 with gentle breathing exercises and an invigorating yoga class. Each day, you will delve deeper into the asanas and the structure of the practice.
  • Brunch: Enjoy a nutritious brunch from 10:00 to 11.30, followed by free time until 18:00 for beach visits, personal reflection, or optional group activities based on the group’s interests.
  • Afternoon Class: Restore and rejuvenate with our gentle afternoon sessions starting at 18:00. Sessions may include meditation, restorative practices, or a normal hatha yoga class. Our approach is spontaneous, responding to the group’s needs and energy.
  • Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner at 20:00 and have the time to relax and connect afterward.

Our retreat is flexible, allowing you to join any day of the week ( Sundays, we have a day off) and stay as long as you wish. We designed this program to fit your needs and almost meet your expectations!

  • Our knowledgeable yoga instructors will enhance your practice, regardless of your experience level. They will adapt poses to suit your individual needs and abilities, ensuring you practice at your own pace.
  • Yoga is personal, and everyone moves at their own rhythm, so there’s no need to worry about keeping up with others.

  • Feel free to flow with what your body needs. During your stay, you’ll learn the art of letting go and experience renewal through a balance of yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
